ABC's National Young Professionals committee aims to shape the future of our industry by supporting the growth of the young professionals who are employed by ABC member companies. The committee will create opportunities for young leaders to build relationships, expand their skills, and advance their careers while continuing to promote open competition and the merit shop philosophy.

To do this the committee has to develop and oversee programs that:

• Cultivate leadership development.

•  Recruit new, young industry professionals & business owners. 

• Promote networking and relationships within the construction industry and ABC through a series of social events. 

•  Provide information on industry activities and opportunities that will enhance and profit the individual, their respective company, and ABC. 

•  Provide an opportunity for members to invest in their development as the next generation of construction executives.  Encourage ABC membership growth.
